This privacy policy applies to the Peak app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Peak (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information to provide and improve its services. This includes:

Personal Data: We store your username and email in Google Firestore. Note: Your username is public to other users; your email remains private.
User Content: Data regarding your user account, company creation, skills added, skill progress, assigned projects, the company you are a part of, and private chat messages are stored securely in our databases (Firestore/Supabase).
Usage Analytics: To optimize learning plans, we collect specific metrics:
- Scroll speed and completion rates of skill plans.
- Time to first click.
- User feedback (Likes/Dislikes) on learning modules.

2. Device Permissions

To provide its core features, the Application requires access to the following on your mobile device:

Camera: To allow you to take and upload a profile picture.
Microphone (Record Audio): To enable Speech-to-Text (STT) functions and to send voice messages in chats.
Storage (Read/Write): To upload media for projects and send images/videos within the chat features.
Internet: To sync data with Firestore, Supabase, and AI services.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The Application utilizes AI technologies to enhance your experience:

Content Generation: Skill learning plans and certain project information are generated via AI using data stored in Supabase.
Processing: AI may process user-inputted project details to generate automated suggestions or structures.

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you wish to have your data (including account and personal info) deleted, please contact us at patrikfilip11@gmail.com.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If we discover a child under 16 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. Parents should contact us if they become aware of such data entry.

We value your trust in providing us your personal information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
